Service Description

Pilates is a low impact class that will work your body from the inside out. Designed to strengthen your core muscles and stabilise the joints it will help to improve posture, improve coordination, balance and flexibility. Pilates helps with many back conditions and regular particpation will lead to a flatter stomach and a reduction in stress levels.
