If you would like to attend face to face classes, I run weekly Yoga and Pilates classes on a Monday evening, and Tuesday and Thursday mornings in Lambley, Nottingham, feel free to book below or get in contact for details.

Alongside the online platform I offer 1-1 or small group sessions, which can be Yoga/Pilates based or Strength and Conditioning. Depending on your goals all sessions are tailored to your individual needs. My studio has a Duel adjustable pulley, squat rack and range of dumbbells and kettlebells. Cardio equipment including Rogue air bike and a Concept 2 rower.
