We are a married couple based in Nottingham who want to improve your health and fitness. We both have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry teaching a variety of fitness classes between us and offer Personal Training services for those who want a more tailored approach to their workouts. We have both always exercised throughout our lives whether it was for a competitive sport, event or to maintain our fitness levels to stay healthy. We have a busy family life looking after 2 young children and we build exercise into our everyday lives and we want to work with you so that exercise becomes part of your everyday routine.

What we offer
We offer a wide range of fitness classes online through zoom and small group exercise sessions in our studio when restrictions are lifted. These classes are carefully planned to give you a great exercise experience whatever your fitness levels.
If you are training for an event or want to get fit and strong, PT can be done on a 1-1, pairs or small group basis. Block bookings of 8 or 12 sessions can be bought at discounted rates, with options of different timings to fit into your lifestyle. Get in contact for more information. I started to have weekly personal training sessions with Nat in the autumn of 2019. At the time I was trialling for the Great Britain Masters (over 40's) Ball Hockey team, due to play in the World Championships in Czech Republic during June 2020. I was ultimately successful in making the squad.
Initially focussing heavily on my core strength, and then progressing to general strength and energy levels. When Covid-19 struck, the championships were postponed for one year and I moved to really effective Zoom workouts with Nat during lockdown.
Aside from the weekly sessions with Nat, she also advised on the additional work I needed during the week. i found this was a huge benefit, particularly during periods of lockdown, where a regular routine was very positive for my mental well-being.
While I didn't have any targets outside of improved strength and fitness, I have also lost half a stone in weight and dropped a waist size.
I can't recommend Nat enough. For me the level of encouragement, advice and challenge has been perfect, and i now can't imagine allowing the improvements I've realised slipping back.
