A class to improve your muscular endurance and core strength. Exercises will be completed to overload your abdominal and muscles in the back. Strengthening these muscles will improve your posture and also improve your technique when completing other exercises. Exercises will be done to imporve your heart and lung health, making you fitter and stronger.
