A mixture or cardio, resistance and strength training, that will work your whole body. Muscles will be put under pressure for different amounts of time, testing all energy systems, fast and slow twitch fibres, through a tough high intensity interval program. Weights are required for this class. Options available so all fitness levels can join in.
