Easter timetable 2nd-16th April 2021

 

*Bank holiday Friday 2nd there will be HIIT, pilates & yoga combo from 9.30-10.30AM, we will be doing 20 minutes of each with the same link so you can join or leave at whichever stage you want too. HIIT will be 9:30-9:50, pilates 9.50-10.10 and yoga 10.10-10.30, it will be so much fun!!!

 

*There will be live classes on the 5th-9th April.

*All classes will be pre-recorded from the 12th-16th April which you are able to access using the 'on demand' section of the website from the 12th April.
